Combo Body
Our Combo Body combines the secure storage of a service body with the open utility of a platform body in one versatile solution. A rear platform adds valuable workspace and hauling capability, while secure compartments and available rack solutions (ordered separately) help keep tools and materials organized.
Available rack solutions extend the full length of the body and over the cab, allowing crews to securely and efficiently transport ladders, pipe, and other long materials.
A rear backup camera enhances visibility and confidence when maneuvering on the jobsite. If not included with your chassis purchase, this system can be added to provide an extra set of eyes where it matters most.

Easy Rear Platform Access
Swing-out rear rails and drop-down side rails support quick, efficient access to the rear platform, throughout the workday.
Lighted, Spray-Lined Pooched Bumper
The pooched bumper design improves traction and provides sure-footed access to the rear platform. Integrated lighting enhances rear visibility, while the recessed, spray-lined galvannealed steel bumper offers long-lasting corrosion resistance and added protection from daily jobsite wear.
Galvanized Shelving
Integrated shelf strips with one galvanized shelf in each front and horizontal compartment help maximize storage, with 2-inch dividers for small items and available full access for longer tools.

Built with an A40 galvannealed steel body with a 12-gauge steel treadplate floor, delivering durability, corrosion resistance, and jobsite-ready performance.
16” Removable Steel Tailboard
A 16-inch removable steel tailboard with dual channels provides added versatility for loading, securing cargo, and jobsite use.
Heavy-Duty Compartment Doors
Our double-panel doors are made from 12-gauge A40 galvannealed steel for both outer and inner panels. Doors are internally braced to resist deflection, and provide long-lasting durability.
Swing-Out Rail Retainer
An integrated holder secures the swing-out rear rails when not in use and releases easily for access.
Stainless Steel Rotary Locks With Paddle Handles
Reading’s stainless steel locks and paddle handles have a clean, fastener-free appearance that’s both professional and functional. Locks and handles include a pry-resistant, automotive-style “free-wheeling” design with double-bitted keys. Handles are gasketed and include O-rings to prevent water intrusion.
Aluma-Fill® Cup
An all-aluminum dish around the fuel cap protects the body from accidental nicks and scratches during refueling, and is more durable than typical plastic brackets.
Seamless Wheelhouse Panel
When your truck kicks up dirt, mud, and road salt, buildup can lead to corrosion over time. The Combo Body is designed with seamless wheelhouse panels to reduce areas where dirt, moisture, and corrosive materials can collect.
