The RHD Service Body is built for the work that demands more from work trucks. Designed from the ground up for heavy-duty applications, the RHD combines reinforced torsion box construction, smart configurability, and work-ready features engineered to support demanding Class 4–7 applications, delivering strength, durability, and capability without compromise.
A professional-grade, spray-on bedliner provides outstanding protection against chips, scuffs and damage while minimizing rust. It features a slip-resistant surface that improves traction and safety when walking in the bed.
The air hose reel payout is positioned at the rear for easy access, ensuring compressed air is readily available when needed. Designed for efficiency, this feature keeps your workflow smooth and your tools powered on the job site.
The RHD Service Body delivers three points of contact, to make it easy to climb in and out of the rear of the truck. Rear grab handles are generously sized, ergonomically placed, and included as standard equipment. Used in conjunction with our standard bumper steps, they help make the workday safer and easier.
Create a secure seal on your service body compartment doors without sacrificing convenience, all with the snap of a handle and padlock. The master-locking steel slide bar can simultaneously lock an entire compartment side to keep your tools and other equipment safe.
This option provides bright, energy-efficient illumination inside your compartments, making it easier to locate tools and equipment, even in low-light conditions.

Our RHD Service Bodies are designed to accept floodlights to increase your work-area visibility. Ultrabright LED 2,400-lumen lamps are adjustable to where you need them and keep you working safely after dark.

Red LED stop/tail/turn/reverse and white LED strobe lights provide bright, dependable visibility on the road and jobsite. Integrated white and amber strobe functionality enhances safety, while water-resistant housings and automotive-grade sealed connectors ensure lasting durability.
Towing Capability
When you need to tow, we have you covered. The RHD-46 is equipped with a 20,000 lb. structural hitch featuring a 2.5” receiver, while the RHD-67 steps up to a 30,000 lb. structural rating with a heavy-duty pintle plate.
Pass-Through Bumper
The pass-through bumper provides convenient, secure storage access from the rear of the body, maximizing usable space without sacrificing durability. Built with a reinforced steel structure, it offers a protected compartment ideal for longer tools and materials that don’t fit in the compartments. A secure latch system ensures contents stay in place, while the integrated design maintains a clean, professional appearance and full rear functionality.
Spray-Lined Rear Bumper
The heavy-duty rear bumper features a durable spray-on liner that provides superior resistance to corrosion, chipping, and jobsite wear. The textured coating enhances traction for safer footing while loading and unloading in the truck bed. It also, protects the steel structure from impact and environmental exposure.
3-Point Locking
True 3-point locking engages at the top, bottom, and center when the handle is closed, providing enhanced security and tighter door sealing. This design helps protect tools and equipment from theft, moisture, and road debris while maintaining long-term door alignment and durability in demanding environments.
Safety Grab Handles
Available rear grab handles support safe access by promoting three points of contact when entering and exiting the rear of the truck. Generously sized and ergonomically placed, they provide added stability and confidence on the jobsite. When paired with the available workbench bumper, they further enhance secure footing and overall safety.
Fenderette (Rubber Wheelhouse Panel)
Durable rubber Fenderettes provide added protection against road debris, moisture, and jobsite wear. Designed to contour the wheel opening, they help shield the body structure while maintaining a clean, finished appearance. Flexible yet tough, the rubber construction is designed to withstand impacts and everyday wear in demanding environments.
Integrated Tie-Downs
The tie-downs are fully integrated into the substructure of the body and sit flush with the cargo floor, providing an unobstructed bed surface. Six tie-downs are included on 9′ and 11′ bodies, while 14′ bodies include eight.
