Additional underbody tool boxes are available in aluminum or steel; sizes from 24″ to 60″. Can be installed on curb side or street side.
Features
Standard Lighting
Recessed lights have impact-resistant, reflective lenses and rubber grommets. They include wiring harnesses for clearance and marker and identification lights.
Understructure – Platform
Rugged steel girder understructure. Two full-length structural steel longitudinal sills reinforced front to rear on both sides by multiple steel gussets. Longitudinal sills and full-width heavy gauge crossmembers are interlocked and welded to the one-piece steel side and end rails. Protected by a black powder coat finish.
Steel Stake Rack
16-gauge A60 galvannealed roll-formed steel stake rack system with lift-out design. Features roll-formed horizontal slats 6-1/8″ wide welded to 14-gauge galvannealed steel posts and galvannealed stake rack post retainers all with a black powder coat finish.
Deep Reinforced Stake Pockets
Pockets extend from the top to the bottom of the platform rail and are designed to hold optional stakes or body sides firmly in place with minimum rattling. They are reinforced with a heavy-gauge steel box and welded into the side rail.
Quick Release Rack Latches
Spring-loaded latch secures racks to stake pockets and to adjoining racks. Makes fast work of removing racks: just trip the latch and lift.
